2. USERS

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full cost of your trip is payable upon your confirmation to proceed with the booking of your trip and/or the services associated with it.

According to Articles 159 and 160 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the contract may be terminated or cancelled for cause attributable to Lugarex or cancellation of travel as well as by the USER, according to the conditions of said Law.

5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Lugarex itself or as a transferee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as of the elements contained therein (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks Or logos, combinations of colors, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Lugarex or its licensors.
